Rapid Home Reports

The Inspector

About Eric

Eric — Rapid Home Reports Inspector

Every home has a story. My job is to help you hear it.

With nearly three decades of military service, I've built my career around evaluating complex systems, documenting observations, and communicating findings clearly and objectively. That same disciplined approach now guides every home inspection I perform.

As the founder of Rapid Home Reports, I believe an inspection should do more than identify defects — it should help you understand your home. My goal is to provide clear, evidence-based information that gives you confidence in your next decision, whether you're buying, selling, or maintaining a property.

You'll receive a thorough inspection, a detailed digital report with photographs, and the opportunity to ask questions before, during, and after the inspection. I want every client to walk away with a better understanding of their home — not just a checklist of observations.

Thank you for considering Rapid Home Reports. I look forward to helping your home tell its story.

How I Approach Every Inspection

Giving the Home a Voice

Every home has a story to tell. The condition of its roof, foundation, electrical system, plumbing, and attic reflects years of construction, maintenance, weather, and everyday use. Many of those details are easy to overlook without training and experience.

My role is to observe, document, and explain what the home is communicating through its visible condition — without advocating for any party to the transaction. That independence is what makes the inspection valuable to everyone involved.
